GTA IV Styled Camera

Replaces the 1st/chase1 camera with an angled chase2 camera in the style of GTA IV. Exceptions are middle seat, and right-hand drive vehicles (which instead have a right side camera angle). Also supports Spicy Bangers car pack (just make sure it's placed below it in the mod list).
