Faster Throttle

I am not a fan of how 7.5 feels with using the throttle keys on the keyboard. It feels too sluggish. This mod simply adjusts the values so they more sensitive; similar to how the scroll wheel is by default. This mod can be safely removed at any time and is savegame compatible.
