All Region Links
Removes all randomization from region links. All regions that can be linked, will be linked. You can now fly from Texas to Mexico if you were lucky enough to get a Southern US HQ. This mod will only effect new games. I may update it to modify existing saves in the future if there is interest, but...

How do I install All Region Links?
Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and XCOM 2 all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
