Give Troopers Bullpups!
This makes it so that the Skirmisher Troopers added in my other mod will now have bullpups as their weapons. You MUST have the other mod downloaded first or on a lower load order so that this INI edit can overwrite the config files of the other one. Special thanks to Valvatorez for the suggestion.
