Healer Heroes
Faction heroes can be more than damage dealers. Now Reaper, Skirmisher and Templar can get Field medic as a random skill. I don't like how medikit feel exclusive for Specialist, I'm forced to train +20 of then and bring one on every mission. Try with More Faction Heroes Per Faction
