Lower XP Requirement (Non WotC)
Lowers the XP points required till ranking up. I thought this mod would balance well with the soldier fatigue mod since your soldiers will see action less. If you use mods that greatly increase the amount of enemies in a pod you may not want to use this as your men will rank up very fast.
