Because the spinners get kinda bad when you're using more jobs. Also, I always forget what the jobs do so I added help texts. Overrides: UIOutpostManagement_ListItem Can safely be enabled and disabled during campaigns. RealityMachina's Rebel Jobs have been updated with Help Texts.
