Gives a soldier the Nemesis' incredible vocabulary. Just to be clear, this is my first mod, I really just made this to see if I could. But, hey, if you want one of your guys to sound like the infamous nine-foot-tall, trenchcoat-clad B.O.W., go right ahead! This mod should be compatible with WotC....
