The answer to the age old adage: "Templar can get Reaper but Reaper cannot get Templar". Well, now Reaper CAN get Templar!! This one is for you, DERAVA!! By default, this relaces Sting with a Templar Strike abiliity, which is basically like Sting except it has guranteed hit chance on top.
