Adds a shortcut key to quickly overwatch all soldiers. Reloads soldiers that need it first. Soldiers unable to overwatch will hunker instead. The shortcut key is 'L' by default. You can change it by going to the keyboard binding options and assigning the key you want to "Command Ability 2".
