[WOTC] Allow For Larger Squads

This mod allows for Xcom's spawn point to be larger than a 3x3 tile area, this fixes the issue where you couldn't have modded squads larger than 8 due to spawning issues. On it's own this mod does nothing and requires the Highlander and some other mod to increase the squad. Enjoy :D
