[WotC] Legend Tutorial Enabler
This simple mod can be used to enable tutorial even when the difficulty level is set to Legend. In addition, it allows Ironman to be activated alongside the tutorial. Note: The mod overrides several functions from 'UIShellDifficulty' class and may not be compatible with other mods that do the same.
