Removes "The Rizzo" voicepack added with Tactical Legacy Pack. Roland Rizzo was the sound designer for XCOM, so maybe it's some sort of an in-joke that his voicepack is intentionally bad. Rizzo speaks in flat, emotionless way. Some people like it. Personally I hate hearing this voice on randomly...
