• MMechanical Computer MK2This is an improved version of a differential analyzer, a type of mechanical analog computer for solving differential equations. This one solves the differential equation Ydotdot=-Y. One solution to this equation is Y=sin(t) and Ydot=cos(t). This should trace a circle if plotted with Ydot on the...495 downloadsupdated 3 y ago
• AACTIVE SUSPENSION CARThis is based on the Pratt and Miller Multi-mode Extreme Travel Suspension Vehicle developed for the DARPA GVX-T program. I recommend reading the manual by clicking on the MAN tab on the touc...364 downloadsupdated 3 y ago
• LLunar Lander SimulatorSimulates a lunar lander using a mechanical computer. Typically differential analyzers are demonstrated by drawing a circle, but I think it's more fun if they're demonstrated by simulating lunar lander. See labels for more details on how it works. Collision is not implemented. Keep the lander bet...359 downloadsupdated 3 y ago

Just use spoilers! It's hard,...111 downloadsupdated 6 y ago
• SSun TrackerThis points two solar panels in the direction of the sun. Only works when energy consumption is turned on in world settings. This works by having each solar panel drive an electric motor and using a differential to 'compare' the two motor speeds to determine which direction to turn the solar pane...111 downloadsupdated 3 y ago
• LLearn PID Controllearn how to tune PID control! WS to move pointer up and down. For PID control we want the point to move to the targeted angle using RCS thrust. The target angle, current angle and error are displayed in the bottom left. Go into programming and try setting different PID values so that the arrow s...110 downloadsupdated 6 y ago
• AAI Plasma TurretAn automatic plasma turret which calculates ballistic trajectories to compensate for gravity and attempts to compensate for target speed. Fires at the closest bot.
