- Proper Dwarf Shields (7.0 Ready)Update with 5.0: Prior values for Longbeards, Ironbreakers, and Lords have been retained. Dwarf Warriors have had their shield upgraded from wood to metal (still 55% block chance) to bring them in line with Chaos Dwarf shields. Rangers kept wood shields (as this would be quieter than metal and wo...15.2k downloadsupdated 11 mo ago
- Bolt Thrower damage fix for Dark Elf and High Elf (7.0 Ready)A very small mod that boosts the damage of the High Elf and Dark Elf bolt throwers' multi arrow attack. Each arrow was originally about half the damage of a tier 1 archer arrow, making the machines effectively useless. I have brought the damage up for the spread fire to be slightly above a basic...8.8k downloadsupdated 9 mo ago
- Unlimited Rune & Equipment Crafting (based on KonKonKing's TWW2 mod). (9.0 Ready)Update 5.0: CA fixed the cost exploit for these runes at some point, so they now cost more to produce than you can salvage them for. As such, I've removed that part of the table, and now this mod only allows you to craft as many as you want, but does not change the price. Also applies to Tomb Kin...7.6k downloadsupdated 1 mo ago
- GOW's Realistic Siege - no center RushIt's back! That essential mod that makes siege battles actual siege battles and not caputre the flag! (1) This mod DRASTICALLY increases the time it takes to capture a city's center (it now takes approximately 166 times as long to capture). What this does is essentially forces you (and the AI) to...4.3k downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's Realistic Siege - No Center RushWhat it does: (1) This mod DRASTICALLY increases the time it takes to capture a city's center (it now takes approximately 166 times as long to capture). What this does is essentially forces you (and the AI) to fight the siege to the bitter end. No longer will you have to worry about that one AI u...3.6k downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's Realistic Flame Weapons - Dwarf UpgradeI made this mod because I was consistantly underwhelmed by the late game Dwarf units. It takes 3 turns or so to recruit a single unit of flamethrower troops and they suck. Ditto for the trollhammer torpedo and the flame cannon. Dwarfs are supposed to have better artillery than the Empire, and the...1.8k downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's Realistic CombatShort Version: Artillery: Things that shouldn't explode don't (trebuchet, Cygor rocks, grudge thrower, etc.) Goblin Lobber is now a grenade strapped kamakazi and not a dead cow. This mod turns a useless unit into a very dangerous one. Missiles: Bows: Very quick to reload, low-moderate damage, alm...1.7k downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's Realistic Ranged WeaponsThis mod aims to overhaul all the vanilla (and Regiment of Renown) missile units. This mod was born from my first mod (Realistic Guns), because while making that mod I realized that most of the reload times of the weapons were wildly unrealistic. Guns were almost as fast to reload as bows, for ex...860 downloadsupdated 10 y ago
- GOW's Realistic GunsUpdate: See my new mod "Realistic Ranged Weapons" in which I went through all the ranged weapons and rebalanced them along more realistic lines (guns are powerful but have a long reload time, bows are weak but can fire 3x as often as guns, and so on). Here is the link to that mod for any who are...596 downloadsupdated 10 y ago
- GOW's Norscan Artillery TrebuchetAfter a particularly daring raid on Bretonnian lands, one Norscan raiding party managed to capture plans for the famed Bretonnian trebuchet. Bringing the plans back to Norsca, they knowledge soon spread throughout the Chaos tribes, and Norscan smiths began the laborous process of copying the desi...571 downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's Armored Marauder Berserkers Norsca WintertoothThis is a single unit mod, which adds to both Norsca and Wintertooth an armored and upgraded version of the marauder berserkers. They have armor in line with marauder champions, but slight increases across the board to their stats from their non-armored marauder companions (including a +10 bonus...481 downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's No more Join WarTired of your enemies calling up this faction that hates you and saying, "Dude, you should totally join my war with this guy. That way, you won't be fighting his 20 allies, just him!!" While I can't fix CA's programming to make that faction that joins the war be at war with your allies too, I CAN...336 downloadsupdated 8 y ago
- GOW's Realistic Norscan EconomyWhat this mod does: It gives moderate to large increases in income from Norscan slave trade buildings and moderate increases in income from Norscan ports. The goal is to make the Norscan economy bearable, while still requiring raiding and sacking to expand (without requiring it to maintain). 1st...194 downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's less upkeep reduction from betraying the everchosen norscaSo you thought you'd be the true everchosen and take over, eh? That 75% upkeep reduction looked pretty cool. Until you got it, all your upkeeps went to 0, and the game stopped being fun. I've read the buff was supposed to override all other upkeep and hardlock all Norsca upkeep at -75%, but that'...152 downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW'S ALL NEW Realistic Replenishment 2.0!The upgraded version is here! This mod is a major extension on my original mod, Realistic Replenishment. Both mods reduce replenishment across the board by 90%, making for a much more realistic experience - dead soldiers don't magically come back to life after a fight anymore. Both offered a spec...116 downloadsupdated 9 y ago
- GOW's [DISCONTINUED] Realistic Replenishment (-90%)The new version is here! Updated with individual replenishment rates for lords and heros to offset the gamebreaking issue that heros were basically unuseable with this mod. Check it out here: GOW'S ALL NEW Realistic Replenishment 2.0! ---------------------- ---------------------- Has this ever ha...97 downloadsupdated 9 y ago
