- Triple Civ Bonus, UTs and Elite UUs!Triplicates the bonuses each civilization has! Includes Team Bonuses, Unique Techs and multiplies by 3 the stat changes that a Unique Unit gains on it's Elite version (so if it went from 40 to 50 hp, now it goes to 70 hp (10*3))!
