- Diverse Thermal VentThis is a highly diverse run of over 60 million steps featuring a thermal vent in the middle and destroyers top and bottom. It has some multicellular organisms such as the red biofilm in the one screenshot. Parameters are fairly vanilla except gravity is about half normal, and cells are prohibite...159 downloadsupdated 18 mo ago
- XL_RagingRivers r02This is the same setup as XL_RagingRivers but with some parameter tweaks. It shows a very nice variety of biofilms, multicellular, and single cell forms. Among the tweaks, fluid tau was lowered to .5 (this parameter is related to what we think of as viscosity). Simulation behavior can be rather s...99 downloadsupdated 18 mo ago
- XL_RagingRiversThe original terrain was heavily modified to create strong currents in two main channels from left to right. There are cell destroyers on the right. As usual for my setups, HP and Energy Requirements to divide have been increased. Gravity has been cut to about half of normal and amount of energy...40 downloadsupdated 18 mo ago
- XL_100000MaxAgeThis simulation was run with a very long cell max age of 100,000 sim steps. Other changes from default parameters include setting biomaterial conn chance to .25 (down from the normal .5). This made biomaterials less likely to adhere to other biomaterials as well as living cells, dead cells, rocks...32 downloadsupdated 17 mo ago
- Fluid Sink BugThis file illustrates the fluid sink bug. An example fluid sink that is behaving improperly is at the bottom right of the save. For me I can easily duplicate the bug with this save by placing a fluid sink just about anywhere. NOTE: This has now been fixed in v0.8.6.28 downloadsupdated 19 mo ago
- XL_HydrothermalVentsThis is an XL size simulation with a little over 30 million steps. It features a number of natural looking hydrothermal vents. It again has both multicellular organisms and a fairly diverse population. A number of parameters have been changed including lowered gravity, minimum requirements for en...24 downloadsupdated 18 mo ago
