M67 Frag Grenade EFT sounds + no frag fireI made a little edit of the M67 grenade mod from el Boydo. I removed the fire spawing of the fragments, reduced the explosion size to (IMO) a more realistic size, and added the Escape From Tarkov grenade pin and explosion sound.
