京都～長崎を結んでいた寝台特急あかつきです。 牽引機はED76,EF65PF,EF81-400を作成しました。 （5枚目の画像のEF66はA9本体に収録されているEF66です) ２～７両目はこの順番で連結すると最末期の編成になります。 （ただし、京都～鳥栖は寝台特急なはと併結） ４両目のソロを抜いてスハネフ15、オハネ15とつないで付属編成にすると 佐世保行きあかつきを併結して単独運行していた1999年頃の編成になります（実際は14両編成ですが） 8両目のオハネは増結用として使ってください。
