6050系-東武日光線等 当時建設中だった野岩鉄道会津鬼怒川線への直通運転に備え、1985年10月から翌1986年10月にかけて2両編成22本の計44両が登場した。その後、1988年には完全新造車が7編成14両増備され、最盛期には29編成58両が在籍した。2ドアセミクロスシートの電車。 ※後ろ2両が霜取りパンタ付き編成です。前2両の車番は6172Fで、側面行先は「快速 東武日光行き」、後2両の車番は6153Fで、側面行先は「快速 (鬼怒川公園)会津田島行き」です。
