Adds recipes to the gunsmith bench to toggle different weapons to fire NONLETHAL ammunition. Changelog: 1.0 = Added shotgun baton rounds, alternate shotguns to fire them, recipes to convert (injected via Lua), and a recipe to make the baton ammo.
