A truly basic mod, that increases the population cap. I actually have no idea to what. I just know that it is now above 400. It is not compatible with any mod that changes the colony core, for example by adding new buildings. Main reason for it was, that some people like to have a mega city, but...

Install the matching loader first, then put the downloaded file in your mods folder and start the game. The loader, the mod and Age of Wonders: Planetfall all have to be on the same version, which is the usual reason a mod does not appear in game.
