• BBetween 4 and 6by Volt(220)Another "not beer but job". This time Wild Vale wants "A Balancing Act". The main idea is to take out malt and hop when power of corresponding flavors is between 4 and 6.218 downloadsupdated 4 y ago
• AA balancing actby MoboFor the Job 'A balancing Act'. Will be suitable for the Bonus too. Basically, add more of the Hops (100g) to the Fermentation Container when the Grapefruit is not high enough and remove when around 6.10 before fermenting for 15 days. Make sure that Clover and Grapefruit are in the 6.0 to 7.0 rang...174 downloadsupdated 4 y ago

• AAmerican Amber Aleby veronicakb2015The signature feature of this style is the balanced flavor profile. Unlike most American styles, the hoppy bitterness does not overshadow the caramel and toffee maltiness. The key is adding just the right amount of crystal malt to the grist, but be careful. Too much may be dark and cloying, and t...101 downloadsupdated 4 y ago

• MMoonshineby blindcoderThis is literally "Moonshine", aka "potato schnaps". It is fermented sugar, nothing more, nothing less. If your beer is too hazy (high SRM) or too flat (low carbonation) you can mix this in to "fix" it. Obviously, do not do this in real life. It's probably illegal in your jurisdiction.84 downloadsupdated 3 y ago

Фишка в том, что пиво вообще неохмелённое, а значит и лишних оттенков вкуса нет. Кому лень заморачиваться, можете взять мой рецепт) The recipe is under contract...63 downloadsupdated 4 y ago

50 downloadsupdated 4 y ago
