Spread modifier
Changes some spread values of some weapons to make more sense, such as only reducing the carrier gun spread to be reasonable. Only alters attachments so it should be compaitble with whatever cursed vehicle mods you have. This was done with altering projectile emitter FOV is anyone is curious.
