Škoda 706RTO MTZ was a city bus introduced in 1959, that was kept in production till 1972. The bus was built on an altered truck frame (based on 706RT, prolonged and lowered). The truck undercarriages were built in LIAZ Rýnovice and the bodywork of the MTZ was done in Karosa Vysoké Mýto.
