目的：玩家打天下时，老臣没法参加科举，导致上升空间不够，于是做了这个mod，给老臣增加贤能上限。另外就是将玩家在伯爵、公爵、王国与帝国等不同时段的封臣加以分类。 新增4个特质：潜邸心膂、藩邸元从、王业肱股和开国勋旧。 都加9级贤能上限。 独立玩家通过决议授予全体封臣，AI无法使用。 使用条件看图。 兼容性：未修改源文件。
