Replaces the MG-42 and the MG-34 sounds with the famous "Skrrrra", uttered by Big Shaq. Use snd_restart for best usage. Changelog: v1: Firing noise for MG-42, MG-34 are "skrra" v2: Firing noise is now "rrr", bipod deploy is "sk", and magout for MG-34 and lid open for MG-42 are now "a'.
