What this Mod Does This mod increases the size of AI fleets by modifying the fleet templates XML file. The default fleet templates leads to AI building Defensive fleets with just 4 - 5 frigates. With a maximum of 12 ships during late game. Its simply unable to cope with the size of fleets players...
