Semi easy cap circle, 7k+ pop get additional/harder spawns, militia + archers, DOES NOT spawn MA/LA crossbows! Sets everythinh around cap to small amount of units and easy types: militia/caelinas/agarthians/ichtyd + cyno/kululu for 7+k pops in caves/UW. Only swamps get lizards.
