This is a remake of the Strategic Command mod by Timmeh. This mod addes a System Improvement to increase the command points (CP) of your empire. New System Improvement: Signal Relay: +3 CP on empire, +5 vision range on system. The maximum CP any one fleet can have remains capped at 24.
