时代界面美化
逛工坊发现一个好看的时代美化，不过有些问题，所以我做了修改。 1、删除作者对时代能力的英文描述(就是恢复52汉化的描述) 2、给选中的时代能力添加了一个光环，这样比较醒目(不会出现你选了能力A，但是可选能力和已选能力A的特效没有区别，导致傻傻分不清) 3、给时代目标添加了旗帜背景（原mod时代目标的背景是透明的，就一个圆圈、一个进度条） 4、恢复时代目标的名称（因为第3点，添加文字显得突兀，所以作者删了描述，导致看不到时代目标名称，点击左侧时代也无法看到对应目标列表） PS： 有问题、学习版加群： 779169022
