主要内容 1、修改自建国各种属性占用的点数，现在可以定义一个低于50分的超强自建国了（可以配合一些开MOD做成就的方法） 2、将部分原版只能+1级、+2级的理念，都改成100级（例如原版步火最多+1，这里为100） 3、添加部分之前没有的理念属性，例如特权槽位（这些内容其实P社写了，但不知为何，把它注释了，我这里加回来了，并补上了汉化） PS 关于兼容性，应该兼容绝大部分MOD，因为比较少有人和我一样，闲的没事去改自建国。 2025.3.14更新 添加了一些复合理念 PS： 学习版加群： 779169022
