此模组是适配V1.0.8的数值平衡模组，包含多方面的数值修正，请勿在错误的版本使用。 此模组仍处于开发过程中，如有任何问题欢迎反馈。 大幅度增加附庸忠诚度的基础值，以平衡新版相对实力的算法，使得大致恢复前一版本的影响。在后续时代增加了可以小幅提高附庸忠诚度的科技。具体来说：传统时代的成文法科技添加了+30附庸忠诚，文艺复兴时代的晚期封建关系科技回调为+10，地理大发现时代的正式化关系科技添加了+5附庸忠诚，专制时代的绝对忠诚科技回调为+10。 保留集权拉条扣附庸忠诚的设定，增加了集权拉条提高吞并速度的设定，在100集权时，吞并的基础值+1。 回调了之前版本亲善拉条提高附庸忠诚的设定，在1...
