Underground pipes have a gap of 10 (base is 9) so they can go under 2 nuclear reactors or under 2 groups of 4 bus lines. Large power poles have a max distance of 36 (base 30). Power armor mk2, Fusion reactor and Shield mk2 do not require anithing linked to military science anymore.
