5dim / Bob's Beacon Tech Unlock Sync
Fixes the broken beacon upgrade chain when 5dim's modules and Bob's modules are used together. Both mods define the technologies 'effect-transmission-2' and 'effect-transmission-3', so whichever loads last (Bob's, alphabetically after 5dim) overwrites the other, leaving one mod's beacon recipe with no technology that unlocks it.
