Adds a Large 9×9 filtered steel storage chest and Logistic variants, designed as a lightweight replacement for Rocket Silos used purely as storage buffers in quality-processing, recycling, and ore-voiding builds. It keeps the same practical 9×9 footprint and comparable base storage role while using standard chest behaviour.
