Let's go gambling!!! Adds a chance for every technology research attempt to fail. If it fails, it will be cursed, and remain locked until all other available tech is researched. Special Thanks to BraveCaperCat, PennyJim, and the rest of the Factorio modding Discord for making this feasible.
