Omega Drill Tweaks
Tweaks the Omega Drill from the mod of the same name to have reduced speed, pollution output and power draw, but added more module slots, making it more customizable. If the Space Exploration mod if present, it moves the Big Mining Drill earlier in the techtree and takes its old place.
