Resource Manager
Allows you to move or erase any resource (ore, oil fields, etc). Click the erase shortcut and select resources to erase them. Click the move shortcut and select a resource patch/field to capture it. Click the move shortcut and Shift + click to place captured resources. Moving costs a percentage of the resource, starting at 10% and increases with distance (can be changed on settings).
