加入竹山宗时，新增枯木老祖为可选师父，与枯木一起当邪修，还可截杀路人给枯木老祖炼制丹药。另新增2种与《枯木功》配合的功法。原版与枯木老祖和《枯木功》相关的任务剧情作了修改。将枯木老祖养到化神后，也有相关剧情。 ！！注意：结丹回宗门成为长老后，会有较低的几率出现无法派发长老任务的BUG，所以结丹后要存档，选择长老类型后，要马上看看能否正常派发长老任务。如出现BUG，直接读档是不行的。需完全关闭游戏，重新进入游戏后读取回宗门之前的档就可以正常发布任务了。
