因为感觉原版的冰派不太好玩（个人觉得），所以整了一个新的星河冰派的一整套玩法，总共有1个功法，6个神通，全部在星河的藏经阁里（不丢问道楼的原因是觉得明明做的是星河的流派，出现在问道楼太怪了）。 功法是：《寒冰心经》--在星河的藏经阁二楼。神通是：《水韵咒》、《飞雪舞》--在星河的藏经阁一楼、《覆雪掌》、《降雪》、《冰愈术》、《冰息术》--在星河的藏经阁二楼。 整体的思路就是：疯狂给双方叠【霜冻】（功法主要是这个作用），然后通过利用自己身上的【霜冻】这一个资源来运用《飞雪舞》、《覆雪掌》、《冰息术》给对面叠自创的debuff【冻伤】、【碎冰】，然后通过《降雪》疯狂触发【碎冰】和【冻伤】让对...
