NPC流派优化 感觉原版NPC一些功法神通搭配有点不太合适（或者说？不够强力。），所以我优化了全部NPC流派与部分战斗AI，使得NPC会更强力。 优化了全部NPC流派的功法、神通，和部分灵根、悟道、喜好的装备属性。 优化了部分神通的释放逻辑，例如千刃术的剑气需求数量、落英所需的debuff数量等等。 一些以前可以请教获得的神通功法因为被我优化掉了，所以放到了问道楼了（原本想搞个专门的npc用来请教，但感觉不太稳定，就用了这办法），价格差不多是需要请教所花的灵石。 功法、神通、灵根、悟道、喜好装备属性这些需要开新档才能生效。如果有啥建议可以说一下。 战斗AI部分不用开新档也能生效。
