I based this ship off of the "Aurora-class warship" from Stargate Atlantis, just at a smaller scale- trying to make this more of a frigate. The name is referencing the Battle of Vimy Ridge of WWI (And I'm kinda referencing Mass Effect there, in that Alliance frigates are named after battles; eg....
