1、城市人口上限减少，小中大巨，依次8、9、10、11万，城池默认部队上限统一3队； 2、默认建造工程量增大，例如私产建造医馆一天涨2%变成一天涨10%； 3、各城池默认钱粮收入减少，人口钱粮初始变化范围缩小； 4、适量减少军团战中箭塔攻击力、武力智力攻击影响系数，增大统帅攻击影响系数，加快舌战速度，加大冲车破坏城门的破坏力（这需要搭配另外的建筑改动mod，建筑mod有增加城门耐久，不过加不加也影响不大，原版城门就是豆腐渣工程，不用工具硬拆也慢不了多少）； 5、增加突破概率，基本是必定突破了； 6、改变城市技术词条，要求极大幅度下降，基本做到每个城池AI自己都能激活，减少垃圾词条出现权重...
