Replaces the flag-related lines with those from Unreal Tournament 2004. American commander is the UT2003 announcer, while the Vietnamese commander is the female UT2k4 announcer. The VC flag is referred to as Red (geddid? because commies) and the US flag as Blue. Might as well get that Red vs Blue...
