此MOD几乎将所有的正面能力都添加给了文秦始皇，希望你们能玩得愉快。 需要注意的几点： 1.此MOD需要除了凯撒包之外的所有DLC。在单独运行时此MOD没有冲突，因此不能用的时候请检查其他MOD是否有冲突内容。 2.此MOD仍没有添加极个别文明或领袖的能力，因为这些正面的能力在数据库里和负面能力是绑在一起的，我还不知晓怎么将它们分离出来（如毛利开局出生在海里与建立城市前每回合+2科文绑定）。 3.林肯的工业区加强能力没有添加，因为它对商业同业公会不生效。 4.部分建筑（如沟渠）、改良设施（如波斯庭院）和区域（如姆班赞）在建成后会显示感叹号，我不知道怎么解决这个问题，但貌似不影响其正常工作...
