Small fixes for the turn-by-turn papercuts. Holistic QoL+ collects the little Civilization VII annoyances that are not grand strategy, not diplomacy, and definitely not the reason you meant to open that menu again. It does not change balance. It just makes common screens, notifications, map jumps...
