群山环绕的天水基地前几天遭受不明武装袭击，整个基地被毁，无人幸免于难。袭击来的十分突然，在接到救援信息后朝庭对此相当重视，便派了一支部队前去增援，然而过了三天增援部队毫无消息。兵部现特指派一支调查小队前往调查，并调集大部队在离天水基地200公里外的宣府待命。一旦查明原因后将快速抵达天水基地。
