本模组为前置类模组，为想要创建新功法的模组作者制作 本模组将创建功法相关items的操作转移到Excel中，省去了频繁修改前端并重新生成的过程；同时本模组的后端整合了对GetCharPropertyBouns和Add方法的patch 使用方法： ①填表 ②前端引用本模组的前端 ③在Initialize里调用本模组前端中的HelpMeCreateItems方法 ④设置本模组为依赖，防止因模组加载顺序错误导致爆红 注意事项： 表在本模组的Plugins文件夹中，复制一份到自己模组的Plugins文件夹中，不要重命名，模组只认NewCombatSkillItem.xlsx
