将专心致志（手动研读）改为每次研读都触发一次进度推进。 但整体效率依然保持平衡，研读效率为前10次15%，第11到20次10%，最后10次5%。 原版为每10次才进行一次综合的研读效率计算（综合造诣、参考书、门派支持、难度、书页完整度等），然后推进读书进度，并扣除书本耐久、触发中毒（如果书籍被下毒）等。 更细致的研读调整为每次手动研读都会根据当前状态进行一次读书的综合效率判定并推进，所以跟原版10次一推的方式存在结果上的差异，但是差异不会太多。 耐久扣除、中毒判定，修改为每次手动研读都有10%的概率触发，可在模组中进行设置，无需重启。 ps: 最开始设计的扣除耐久、中毒判断保持了原版10...
